Round 1:
Partner A does 50 odd object ground to overhead while Partner B holds plank,The switch. If plank is broken both partners perform 5 burpees then back to it.
Round 2:
Partner A performs 50 tuck jumps while Partner B holds odd object overhead. Then switch. If odd object is let down, both perform 5 burpees then back to it.
Round 3:
Partner A performs 50 sit-ups while partner B holds bottom of squat. Then switch. If squat is broken both must perform 5 burpees, then back at it.
