snatch complex (1 balance and 1 OH squat) at 70% x 3 sets--built to 50 lbs
back squats at % of C&J max (mine is 100 lbs)
80% for 5, 90% for 4, 100% for 3, 110 for 2, then keep trying to hit 1 rep maxes--I got to 120 lbs
