Athlete's Notes: | RXed was 10K (6.2 miles) and I measured this run with my patrol car. I walked a good bit after the first 2 miles, two minute walk five or six minute run. I've never ran that far before which is why I pushed to get the 5 miles, had planned on stopping at 4.2. 11 minute mile sucks but really glad I finished it. |
