Athlete's Notes: | I ran this at the Coopers Test track and did a little better than I thought I'd do, I was guessing about 30. It was a cool with an overcast which probably helped. I ran 12.5 laps and only stopped twice for about 100 meters a piece and ended up averaging about 2:15 a lap. I was dreading this and glad I did it. Go me! Farvas #1 |
