Athlete's Notes: | I waited about five minutes after front squats then ran. I ran this at home which is why its 1700 meters (I guessed sue me, itýs just a little over a mile). My shins were killing me. The first couple of laps were old man shuffle speed and the rest were just old man speed as you can tell. |
