Athlete's Notes: | 1. I was not better than the last time because I got a time of 7 rounds, while last time I also achieved 7 rounds, meaning that I got the same score. 2. I think that I could improve more by running continuously for several rounds. Also, I could jump higher for the burpees, and hold my pose for a longer duration in the superman. 3. I am not as happy with my performance because I was unable to beat my previous score, although my technique felt better and that I might have held the runs for slightly longer than before. |
