Athlete's Notes: 1. I was better than last time because I felt that I worked much harder on this exercise and that I ran a little faster than before.
2. I can do better next time by at least completing one lap without stopping, with continuous running to reach the rest of the group. I also think that i could have done better by resting less times and running for longer periods.
3. I am happy with my performance because I felt that I was able to run for a longer period and didn't rest as long as before. Also, I felt that I did better because I was able to finish stronger, as I ran the entire way until I reached the group finally.
