Athlete's Notes: | 1. I was much better than last time because this time I got 21 minutes and 15 seconds while last time it took me around 25 minutes to finish the exercise, which is a improvement in time of about 3 minutes 45 seconds. 2. Next time I feel that I could improve my wrist to make it faster so that I can achieve more double unders at a faster rate, or at least try at a faster rate. Also, I could stop resting as much and persist on in the exercise instead of stopping to catch my breath. Finally, I could improve by increasing technique on the double unders so that I am able to achieve at least 2 consecutively. 3. I am very happy with my performance because I was able to beat my record last time by around 4 minutes, which is a good improvement over last time. Also, I wasn't as tired at the end of the exercise, which is also a good thing as my stamina is improving. In the end, I hope to improve my time further next time so that I can continue to beat my previous scores. |
