Athlete's Notes: | 1. I was better than last time because I beat my previous score by 1 round, as my score this time was 7 rounds while the last time it was 6 rounds. Therefore, I was slightly better this time. 2. I could have improved my maintaining my run for the full 100M, and I could have not rested in between exercises. Also, I thought I could have improved by jumping higher on the burpees. 3. I am happy with my exercise because I was able to improve, albeit slightly, on my score, which is an improvement. Also, I am happy because although the exercise was still hard for me, I was able to get better and less tired. |
