Athlete's Notes: 1. I was better than last time because I achieved 9 rounds, which was 2 reps better than last time, to which I got only 8 rounds and 13 reps.
2. I could do better by not modifying my pull-ups so that I don't have to jump to actually perform them. Also, I could do better by not resting as often and performing all of the push-ups in a row instead of taking a quick break in the middle.
3. I am happy with my performance because I was able to achieve a higher score than last time, and I didn't feel as tired at the end of the exercise. Also, I am happy with my performance because I was able to hold my pull-ups longer than before, and I did all of my exercises with respectable technique.
