Athlete's Notes: 1. I was better than last time because I felt that it personally took me a shorter amount of time to catch up with the group than last time, and I felt that I stopped fewer times than before. Also, I was more in control of my body and I didn't feel as tired as before.
2. Next time I would like to catch up with the group with a constant run only stopping one to three times so that I can push my body to the very limit. Also, later on I would like to not stop at all so that I can complete the entire run at once to improve my stamina and endurance.
3. I am happy with my performance because I was able to improve much more than before. This was because I didn't feel as tired at the end and was able to push my limits until I couldn't run anymore. This time I felt that I was really improving my body and stamina, which made me feel happy about my progress. Finally, I am very happy because I was able to gain encouragement from my peers, which motivated me to continue on.
