Athlete's Notes: | 1. I was much better than last time because I got a score of 17 minutes and 30 seconds, which was 3 minutes 45 seconds. 2. I can do better by twirling my wrist even faster so that I can clear the double unders more frequently. Also, I feel that I can do better by performing more double unders in less time to lower my overall time. 3. I am happy with my performance because I was much better than before, meaning that I am improving. Also, I feel that I did much better because I worked harder than last time, which I am proud of. |
