Athlete's Notes: 1. I was much better than last time because I was able to beat my previous record of 6 rounds and achieve a score 2 rounds and 13 reps higher, which is a major achievement for me. I was also better than last time because I didn't feel as tired during the exercise but I did sweat a lot at the end.
2. Next time I feel that I can do better by improving my pull-ups because I needed help completing them. Also, I would like to improve my stamina and complete more rounds in less time.
3. I am happy with my performance because I was able to beat my previous score and I didn't feel as tired during the entire workout, with the push-ups in particular. I am happy at this because I am improving and that even in a normally strenuous exercise that would leave me exhausted, I was able to come through and beat my score.
