Athlete's Notes: | 1. I was a little better this time because I was able to complete the exercise within 10 minutes and 14 seconds, better than my score last time, which was only completion, because I was able to time myself yet still complete the exercise. 2. Next time I feel that I can do better by improving my core strength so that I can complete a full wheelbarrow without collapsing. I would also like to complete a full handstand without collapsing also, as I fell down several times during that part of the exercise. 3. I am happy with my performance because I was able to achieve a good time and I didn't feel as tired as I remember from last round. On the other hand though, I would like to improve my endurance and strength so that I can complete most of the exercises without collapsing. |
