Athlete's Notes: 1. I was much better than last time because I was able to achieve a time 3 minutes and 20 seconds faster than my previous time.
2. I can improve next time by doing longer crunches and jump higher for the burpees.
3. I am happy with my performance because I was able to beat my time by a highly respectable amount and didn't feel as tired at the end of the exercise, showing improvement over last time.
