Athlete's Notes: Mile walk in 13:17 (+:32) with 115 (-3) HR weight 180# - 80%. 46 (-9) Pushups - 95%, 52 (-3) Situps - 99%, 25" (-1") vertical leap - 95%, 55 second (+1) 300m - 75%. Final avg was 98.8% (-2%). Walk went down to 80, Situps, pushups, leap stayed the same percentage. Sprint went down two from 80 to 75. I stopped to save myself on pushups and situps, but the leap and sprint went down for the second straight year.
