Athlete's Notes: | PR, but I was hoping to do better. This did not feel good at all. The sets were broken too much and my right hand slipped off the pullup bar on rep 19 of 21. Reps were 21, 19/2, 10/5, 10/5, 6/3, 5/4. Not good. Use chalk next time. |
