Athlete's Notes: | 7-4 I am not happy with my results because I think that I did not do my very best. I did better than last time, because even though I didn't try as hard, I got more rounds in. I could improve next time by when there are 90 seconds left, sprinting and working to the best of my ability, instead of just going at the same pace. I could also improve by jumping higher on the burpees. |
