Athlete's Notes: | 7-4 I am happy with my results because even though I couldn't do full double unders, I tried my best and my sit ups were of pretty good technique. I did better than last time, because not only my time was better but also because my sit up technique was better. I can do better next time by trying even harder to do double unders (do a 'pop) and also by going even faster on my sit ups, so that I can get a better time |
