I was not happy with my results because not only did I get worse than everyone in my class (which doesn't bother me too much), but I found myself only with a dry throat at the end, which disappointed me because I thought I had worked harder
I did better than last time because I got a faster time, but I didn't try as hard.
I could do better next time by jumping higher on the burpees and holding for longer on the crunches.
