Athlete's Notes: | 7-5 Was I better than last time? Last time, I got 8 rounds and this time I got 9, so I did do better. What can I do to be better next time? I could try to not walk during the whole workout and rest less so I can complete more rounds. Am I happy with my performance? I am pretty happy with my performance because I improved since the last time and really tried my best. |
