Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I wasn't better than last time because I felt like I couldn't keep going and I got tired really easily. What can I do to be better next time? I can try to use the exercises that were easier (crab walk) to rest so that I wouldn't be as tired for the harder ones (wheel barrel). Am I happy with my performance? I am not happy with my performance because I was so tired I couldn't do the steps properly. |
