I think I was better than last time because even though I don't exercise, I run a lot and it's gotten me a bit more faster when I run.

What can I do to be better next time?
Exercise more often on the weekends then be lazy.

Am I happy with my performance?
Maybe, but I rather have fun at doing the workout more than working out.
