Athlete's Notes: | 7-1 Was I better than last time? I don't think so because, I might've been slower, but I think I need more speed. What can I do to be better next time? Increase my speed, keep working until I run out of breath. Am I happy with my performance? Yes, for now but I will want to keep at it. |
