Athlete's Notes: | RX was 5 rds. I'm a little disappointed, thought I would be able to finish as RXed. I wacked my chin pretty good on the BJ's and it took me a couple minutes to recovery/stop crying before I got back to work; thanks to my motivators Rich and Jon. |
