Work to a heavy cycle of

I did 65, mostly Power snatch for both. Still not confident getting all the way down with bar overhead
Other exercise was Snatch Pull. 115 there 5x2, did it pretty easy.. |

I did 65lbs with a 14lb wallball and singles.
Total is 132.
