Athlete's Notes: | First time doing this. 8-10-8-10-6-11-5-10-6-11. Rested 3 min between each round of bp/pu. No spotter so had to be conservative on the bench. Kipping is getting somewhat smoother. Need to lift more. 178 lb bodyweight. |
