Athlete's Notes: | For the burpees, I jumped and touched the top of the bar that holds the heavy bag. About 12 inches above my fingertip reach. MUs were broken 6/1, 3/2/2, 3/2/2, 4/3, 4/3. Good combo of movements, the MUs killed my muscles and the burpees killed my wind. |
