Athlete's Notes: | 1. I had a vast improvement over last time because my current time was 2 minutes 24 seconds while my previous score was 5 minutes 38 seconds, meaning that I had an improvement of 3 minutes and 14 seconds. 2. I could improve next time by bringing my legs higher up on my chest on the tuck jumps. I also think that I could possibly hold the crunches for longer to gain the full benefits of the exercise. 3. I am very happy with my performance because I was able to beat my previous score by a very large amount, which really surprised me as I didn't expect to have such a vast improvement. Therefore, I was really happy with my time this time. |
