Athlete's Notes: 1. I was better than last time because I was able to beat my previous score of 5 minutes 38 seconds by 21 seconds, as my score this time was 5 minutes 17 seconds.
2. I feel that I could have improved by performing better technique on the bench jumps. Also, I felt that I could have stopped less on the second part of the exercise, and jumped higher to clear the bench. Finally, I believe that I could have improved by keeping a straighter back on the squats.
3. I am happy with my performance because I worked hard during the exercise and consequently gained a higher top score, albeit only by a few seconds. This means that I am still improving my stamina, which is a good thing. Finally, I am happy because I did very well on the exercise, having much better technique than the last time I performed it.
