Athlete's Notes: 1. I don't know if I did better than last time or not since we have never done this exercise but this exercise is very similar with WOD #7 and compared to those results, I did only 18 seconds worse.
2. Next time I would improve the technique that I had with the workout because I felt that I didn't achieve quite the level of exercise as I should and improve my technique would challenged me more. Also, I feel that I shouldn't stop as many times and would like to only have to rest for brief rests after every round of exercise.
3. I wasn't too happy with my performance because I felt that I should have been able to beat my record, which is why during the second rotation I will work harder to break my record.
