Athlete's Notes: | 7-3 1. I was not better then last time, I think that it was because I barley did any exercise when on the holidays. 2. Next time I will just have to give it 100% efforts and work harder outside of school. 3. I am very disapointed in my efforts this time on the WOD. I feel like I did not do the best that I can achieve and I have to work harder |
