Yes I did better than last time. Last time i got 8 rounds this time I got 10 rounds.
I can do better next time by slowing my jogging because everytime I finish running I am too tired to do the burpees fast. So if I jog then I will have energy to do the other exercises.
I am happy with my result because I was able to improve and do better.
