Athlete's Notes: | Evelyn Wong 7-2 1. I think I got better than last time because I know how to do the double unders better and I practiced it through other WODs and warm ups. 2. Next time I can try to do 2 double unders at a time so I can improve and speed up. 3. Yes I am happy with my score because I improved and I can tell I did better than last time. |
