Athlete's Notes: | 7-2 1. Yes I was better than last time. Last time I got 9 rounds but this time I got 11 rounds done 2. Next time I can improve my push ups and instead of all doing modified I can add some full push ups. 3. i am happy with my performance because I improved from last time and my squats are accurate now. |
