Yes I was better than last time because last time I got an 8 and this time I got a 9. So I got one round more.
What can I do to be better next time?
Next time I can maybe try to not walk for the last few rounds and run for them without walking at all.
Am I happy with my performance?
Yes I am happy with my performance because this workout was after the 3 week winter break when I didn't really do an exercise so this was really good.
