Athlete's Notes: | First mile in 8:20, last one in about 12 min. Did this as 20 rounds of cindy. All pullups in 5s. Pushups at beginning and end in 10s, 7/3 in middle rounds. Squats were slow. Left knee hurting on second run, lots of walking. |
