Athlete's Notes: | Team of 3 event, the box jumps were burpee box jumps! push-ups were hand release, air squats using the dynamax but targets and single under JR's. Did this with Bessinger and Price. Each one alternates to get the number of total reps done before moving to the next exercise. Only 1 teammate can work at one time. |
