Athlete's Notes: | With Joe and Joe at ASO Gym. Joe and Jon started with 29 unbroken wall balls and 29 OHS perspectively. I started on the rower, which put me doing OHS every round after that. I probably should have started on the wall balls. Jon pushed our pace with doing huge chunks, especially on the OHS. |
