Athlete's Notes: | With Tyler and Joe. Broke rowing into 3 rounds of 663 each. Had 5 minutes and change when we finished the rowing. Broke the AMRAP as needed. Early on was closer to 14/15, later was like 7-10. Really tough! RIP Renee. |
