Athlete's Notes: | With Chris and Eric at FF. We kept two working on the AMRAP while rotating every 663 meters on the rower. I went third on the rower and finished my 3rd round of rowing with 2:15 left on the clock. We tried to break up the AMRAP in reps of 10 and 9. This was a really tough WOD! RIP Rnenee. |
