Athlete's Notes: | At ASO Gym. Lifting inside, running outside. Could have been just a few seconds faster if all outside. DL were all unbroken. Runs were 2:00-2:35 range. PC/PP were 4-1-4 for all sets. 200 meter runs were pretty slow, probably 1:15-1:30. Getting over a cold and lungs are not at full capacity. Should beat this time next time. |
