Athlete's Notes: | Under 22:20... don’t know exactly what my time was, due to clock stopping at 20:00. Felt good, first two rounds of the second WOD were right at 1:30 each. Was on par for under 21:30. First WOD was unbroken runs and Deadlifts. Second WOD was 5-5, 4-1-5, 4-1-5, 4-1-5. |
