Athlete's Notes: | NO VEST!!! At ASO by myself. Run 1 = 8:00, Run 2 = 9:25. Did pull-ups unbroken w/ exception of round 6 and round 9. Push-ups were 11/9, 11/9, 11/9, 11/9 and then just random breaks similar to 7/5/4/4. Squats were steady. Mostly unbroken, but not fast. It was real cool outside. Around 50-55 degrees. |
