Athlete's Notes: | Chose to do the walk (bad idea). Crossed line at 13:30 w/ 150 heart rate. I believe my monitor was off. Max push ups were 30. Max sit ups was 50. Vertical Leap was 28". 300m run was 53 seconds. I had more in the tank for push ups, but with the walk, didn't seem necessary. |
