Modifications at: I had to scale box jumps to step ups after a max of 5 as my legs didn't have the "jump" to safely continue.
Warmup: 3 rounds - 100m run, 100m reverse run, 10x barbell good morning, 10x burpee
Athlete's Notes: Max of box jumps were 5, before I had to scale back to step ups.
