Athlete's Notes: | My legs are still sore from the back squats 3 days go. 1st rd unbroken. The remaining 4 rds of thrusters were 8/6 10/5 10/5 and 10/5. The burpees were horrible and sloppy; I just stepped over the bar for half of them. I was not expecting this one to be as tough as it was. |
