Athlete's Notes: | Squat clean 65 Burpees 15 8 back squats @ 75 lb 60 sec HSH 1050 meters Last time: SC 75, 13 BS @ 65, 14 burpees, 60 sec HSH, and 1000m run=1162 Well, that's discouraging. I had hoped to improve more than that in the past month... And I really needed a lower weight for proper form in the squat clean. I must have done 75 lb the first time with a power clean. |
