Athlete's Notes: | PR (barely). But this time I wore soft body armor and I think the run was a little longer than a mile (and hilly). Ran from Bellamy Grand to Veteran's Park. Did the middle stuff Cindy style this time. Felt the vest mostly on the pull-ups and the second run. RIP Murph. |
