Athlete's Notes: | Was i better then last time? I was definitely better then last time becuse my double unders went very good making me do everything a lot faster What can improve next time? i could try to do my burpees straight in one go without breaks Am i happy with my performance? yes because my time improved by a lot and mainly just because my double unders went so well. |
